1 - Course registration

a) Registration terms

Any registration implies full and complete acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.

Registration for a course requires prior validation by the teacher. If the desired slot is unavailable, another proposal will be made to the student.

Registration is done via a form available when creating the user account on the FLE pour tous website. The personal data provided is kept for the duration of the courses. Beyond this period, the student may request in writing the deletion of their data.

FLE pour tous reserves the right to refuse registration in case of inappropriate behavior or non-compliance with the rules.

b) Payment terms

Payment for courses must be made in full before participating in the selected course, by credit card via the online store.

No reservation will be validated without prior payment.

2 - Course fees

Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC) on the website. No additional fees will be applied, except those related to the payment method (e.g.: PayPal commissions).

Some courses require the purchase of a textbook, at the student's expense.

3 - Private lessons

Courses are available from age 10.

They can be taken in person in Tours or online, from France or abroad.

Online courses are provided via the Daily platform. Upon request, another platform may be offered.

Plans:

Private lessons can be purchased individually or as credits valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. These credits are nominative and non-transferable.

Course booking:

Bookings via the website are accepted up to 8 hours before the start of the course.

Confirmation:

A booking confirmation will be sent by FLE pour tous as soon as possible.

Change / cancellation:

Changes or cancellations of courses initiated by the student are accepted up to 24 hours before the start of the course. After this period, the course is due and the credit is considered used. In case of unjustified absence, the course is also lost.

4 - Refunds

A partial refund of unused credits may be granted, only upon presentation of a medical certificate or employer's certificate. The refund will be calculated based on the unit purchase price.

An administrative fee of 20% will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded.
